Only what you choose to send. Here is where it goes, and how to have it removed.

When you write to me
The form on Work with me sends me your name, your email, your company if you give it, and what you tell me about the work. It arrives in my inbox as an email, and I read it myself. I use it to reply to you and to understand the work, and for nothing else. You asked for a reply, so that's the reason I hold it, and it's deleted a year after it arrives.
When you sign a build's board
On a build page you can leave your email to hear when that build opens. Your email, and your name if you give it, go on a list for that one build. You'll get a short note to say you're on it, then one email on the day it opens. Signing is your agreement to that, and the list is deleted once the email has gone.
You can also tell me how you work today. That reaches me the same way the form does, and your email is optional there.
Who else handles it
Emails from the site are sent through Resend, and the lists for each build are kept there. The site itself is served by Cloudflare. The weather in the menu comes from Open-Meteo, and the typefaces load from Google Fonts. Like any website, these services see the basic details your browser shares when it asks for something, such as your IP address. Resend and Cloudflare are based in the US, so your details may be handled there, under the safeguards those companies apply to every customer's data.
Nothing you send is sold, shared for advertising or handed to anyone else. That holds wherever you live, California included.
What your browser remembers
There are no cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers on this site. Your own browser keeps a few things so the site stays the way you left it: whether sound is on, your reading size, and the name and email you typed on a board, so you don't have to type them twice. They stay on your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Your say over it
Ask, and I'll tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to [email protected]. If you're on a build's list, replying to any email from me takes you off it.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or in the UK to the Information Commissioner's Office.
The site is written for people at work, and meant for readers 18 and over.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
