Work with me

From the first call to the day it ships.Brand, product and AI work for founders and growing businesses.

I’m and I need .

The studio
01 — Where it breaks

Three places a fast product loses people.

i

Nobody gets it.

The product runs. People land, read the first screen, and leave without understanding what it's for.

ii

It looks generated.

It was built quickly, and it shows. The same layout, the same words, the same feeling as the last ten products somebody saw this week.

iii

The quote is bigger than the job.

An agency wants months and a full team for something a small group could ship by the end of the quarter.

02 — How I work

You talk to the person doing the work.

Call with a second thought about the name, and the person who picks up is the one who will change it. What you agree on the first day is still there on the day it ships.

A small team and AI carry the hours. The calls about what it should be, and how it should feel, are mine to make and mine to answer for.

03 — Who I work with

Three kinds of team. Which one is yours?

04 — What I do

Five kinds of work. Pick what you need.

01

Brands

A position you can defend, and an identity that carries it. For companies that have outgrown how they look and sound.

02

Websites

A site that tells a stranger what you do before they've finished scrolling, and still works after launch week.

03

Products

From an idea on a call to something people can sign in to, in weeks.

04

AI tools

AI features and internal tools your team still opens on an ordinary Tuesday, long after the demo.

05

Advice

A second head on the product and brand calls you keep postponing. One session, or every month.

05 — What happens next

After you send it, this is the whole of it.

  1. 01You send the brief.

It comes straight to me. Nobody screens it first.

  2. 02We talk for twenty minutes.

About what you're making, and who it's for.

  3. 03Scope and timeline, agreed.

Both are fixed before any work begins.

  4. 04The work.

The person you talk to is the person making it, the whole way through.

  5. 05It's yours.

Once the final invoice is paid, everything we made belongs to you.

06 — Questions
Who owns the work?

You do. Once the final invoice is paid, everything we made together is yours. I may mention the project by name on this site.

How long does a project take?

That depends on what we're making. We agree the scope and the timeline on the first call, before any work begins.

How do you use AI?

Mostly in the making. It produces first drafts of screens, code and copy quickly, so there are real options to compare early on. I decide what is kept and how it should look and feel, and nothing reaches you that I haven't reviewed.

Can you work with our existing team and codebase?

Yes, provided the code is in a workable state. I join as the design and product lead, and we build on what is already there.

We're outside India. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most of the work doesn't need us online at the same time, and calls are scheduled around your working hours.

Your brief, half written.

Everything you picked on the way down is already on it. Change anything, add a line in your own words, and send it. The first call is twenty minutes.
